At Cuffed Permanent Jewelry, we are committed to ensuring the quality of our products. Please review our warranty policy carefully. Our warranty covers 6 months from the date of purchase, which is stamped on our official certificate with a unique serial number for every purchase.

If your jewelry is broken but can be repaired, there will be no additional charges.

If your jewelry is irreversibly damaged, you can claim a new one once for free.

If the jewelry is intentionally cutting off the bracelet for medical or other needs, a rewelding fee of IDR 150,000 will apply, as the damage is not the fault of the store.
